Our Youth Programs are designed to be fun for kids of all ages. We provide an active alternative to sedentary activities, which means less childhood obesity and all-around better health for our children. The needs of second graders and high-school varsity athletes differ by degree and not kind; our programs are scalable for any age or experience level and account for the varied maturation status one can find in a class full of kids.

CrossFit Kids is FUNctional fitness! Based on the principle of Mechanics, Consistency, and then Intensity. CrossFit Kids emphasizes good movement throughout childhood. It enhances a child’s motor skills by teaching better movement and cognitive skills by engaging children to think about their movement, count their reps, remember the sequences, and work towards goals. Our program augments a child’s involvement in sports by incorporating strength training and conditioning to make them better athletes overall.
CAMP Athletic Performance Training helps young athletes create a solid athletic foundation by training core, agility, mobility, and plyometrics to create a stronger, faster, and more explosive athlete. CAMP focuses on agility training for quick feet, body position, and change of direction, building explosive power, improving lateral speed, improving balance and coordination, and a stronger core. All of this resulting in a decreased chance of injury and improved conditioning for young athletes.
