About Coach

I've struggled with weight and my relationship with food for as long as I can remember. I cannot even tell you everything I tried to lose the weight. But like a lot of people, nothing worked for me. A lot of years and a lot of money wasted trying to get healthy with no long term success. It was not until I started CrossFit that things started to change for me. I've met a lot of great people and built a supportive community that has shaped me into who I am today. Within the CrossFit community, is where I met my first nutrition coach and that has impacted my life in so many ways. I realize now how much false information or marketing is out there within the current diet culture. Working with a nutrition coach really opened my eyes to that and taught me what it means to fuel YOUR body.

Turning Point

When nutrition became so much more to me than just losing weight, that's when I knew I wanted to get my certifications and help others. There is so much that people can learn about themselves once they take that first step and invest in their health. Our bodies are amazing and show up for us everyday. That is why I think it is so important for us to understand our bodies and how nutrition plays a huge role.

Motivation & Passion

I have been on my nutrition journey for over five years now. I want to share my experiences and knowledge I have gained over those years with everyone. When you are given the knowledge, it gives you the power to make the decisions needed to better yourself and your life. I want everyone to know that carbs and fats are not the enemy, I swear they are not! You do not have to give up your favorite foods or eat 1,000 calories a day or spend every second at the gym to reach your goals. I want to be that person to support you and guide you to the point you feel most comfortable and confident. I want to give you the tools to make lifestyle changes so you can have long term success.
